In the UK the Central Office for Research Ethics Committees (COREC) publishes a monthly summary of major papers and policy shifts in regards to research ethics called RECs in the News.
Although this is UK centric, it does typically include news from the US and elsewhere as well, and papers regarding other research ethics systems. As such its a handy way of keeping up with what is going on in research ethics. Its buried quite deep into the structure of the COREC website, but you can find a direct link to it here: RECs in the News
